tropical rainforests of the East Coast of Peninsular
Malaysia bordered by an uninterrupted stretch of
deserted beaches.
Saturday, October 7
Long distance: 2km swim, 60km bike, 15km run
Kids race: 200m swim, 6km bike, 1.5km run
Sunday, October 8
Sprint distance: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run

for the Active Family Award!
Family team members will have to complete the
following distances:
team member No. 1: 100m swim + 1km run
